Hussain AlSaeed

Hussain is a Kuwaiti businessman and entrepreneur, with extensive experience in treasury and investment management, as well as real estate development. He is the founder and chairman of Al Elmam Real Estate Company, a leading real estate firm in Kuwait.

AlSaeed began his career in finance as a treasury and investment manager at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, where he led relationships with company banks and lenders, managed cash forecasting models, and ensured financial operations compliance. He then served as assistant general manager at Kuwait Investment International Company before founding M.E.C Consultants in Kuwait City, where he worked on the offset program in the rebuilding of Kuwait after the Iraq invasion.

In 1993, AlSaeed established Al Elmam Real Estate Company, which has since become a prominent player in Kuwait's real estate market. The company has successfully developed and delivered various projects, including multi-story group housing, residential townships, shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, and restaurants.

AlSaeed earned a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, CA, in 1983. With his extensive experience and expertise, he has played a significant role in the development of Kuwait's economy, particularly in the real estate sector.
